China Photography Expedition 9 Days

TOUR PROGRAMME

Day 1:
Arrival at Shuangliu Airport in Chengdu: chauffeured transfer to your hotel.
Day 2:
Visit Chengdu’s Qingyang Temple, then drive about 5 hrs to reach Luding, where you’ll stay for the night.
Day 3:
Visit historical Luding Bridge, immortalized for its role in the Long March, drive through Kangding and over Zheduo Pass to the famously scenic highland town of Xinduqiao.
Day 4:
Go horseback riding on the wild Tagong Grasslands, visit the temple which Tibetan locals call “Little Jokhang” and explore the Bamei Stone Forest.
Day 5:
Explore Huiyuan Temple, drive through a ‘natural bonsai zone’ and continue on to reach the picturesque stockade Tibetan village of Jiaju, where you’ll spend the night.
Day 6:
Spend some time exploring Jiaju in the morning, then drive to the town of Rilong, at the foot of Mount Siguniang.
Day 7:
Explore the area around Mt. Siguniang, hiking or horseback riding through Changping and Shuangqiao Valleys past villages, monasteries, forests and waterfalls.
Day 8:
After breakfast, hit the road one more time and complete your loop back to Chengdu, where you’ll have the rest of the day free.
Day 9:
Visit Chengdu Panda Research Base to watch these amazing animals, and after lunch in Chengdu you’ll be driven to the airport in time to catch your departing flight.
